Have you grown familiar with the default preview movie in the Silverlight template thumbnail in Expression Encoder 3? No problem, just change it. Go to the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Expression\Encoder 3\StockContent folder and replace the sl.wmv with your own, making sure that it has the same filename.
